A quieter way to get organised
We work at a pace that suits you, explain things clearly, and never push you towards any particular decision.
Plain language, always
Every session uses everyday words. If a term needs explaining, we stop and explain it before moving on.
Your pace, your schedule
Sessions are arranged around your availability. There is no fixed timetable and no pressure to complete quickly.
Purely informational
We organise and explain. We do not advise, represent, or make recommendations. That keeps everything transparent.
Printed materials included
Every programme includes printed organisers, notes, or summaries — something physical to keep and refer to later.
Family-friendly approach
The Household Archive Programme is designed to be easy for relatives to follow, even if they were not present for the sessions.
Local presence in Hua Hin
We are based in Hua Hin and familiar with the local expatriate community. Sessions can be arranged at our office.
Would you like a tidier picture of your paperwork?
Send us a message and we will describe which programme might suit your situation, with no obligation to go further.
Questions people often ask
What exactly does Solenne do?
Solenne helps people organise and understand the documents commonly associated with retirement planning. We explain processes in plain language, help you create a labelled personal folder or household archive, and point you towards official sources. We do not provide financial, legal, or medical advice.
Is this financial or legal advice?
No. All our services are purely organisational and educational. We explain what documents are, how official processes generally work, and how to keep your records in order. For any personal decisions about pensions, investments, or legal matters, we encourage you to consult a qualified professional.
Where do sessions take place?
Sessions take place at our office at 18 Naresdamri Road in Hua Hin. For the Household Archive Programme, we can also arrange a visit to your home if that makes the process easier. Please mention your preference when you contact us.
How long does each programme take?
The Personal Folder Setup is typically a single session of two to three hours. The Plain-Language Information Series usually spans three to four sessions spread over a few weeks. The Household Archive Programme varies depending on the volume of records and the number of people involved, but most families complete it over four to six sessions.
Do I need to bring anything to the first session?
For the Personal Folder Setup, it helps to bring whatever documents you already have — even a rough collection is a good starting point. For other programmes, we will send you a simple preparation note after you make an enquiry, so you know what to gather beforehand.
Are the prices listed per session or in total?
The prices shown are the total cost for the complete programme, covering all sessions and printed materials. There are no hidden charges. If your situation calls for something slightly different, we are happy to discuss what would work best before you commit to anything.
How is my personal information handled?
Any information you share with us is treated with care and discretion. We do not share personal details with third parties. You can read our full privacy approach in the Privacy Policy.
