Three programmes, one careful approach
Each programme is built around a specific stage of the document organisation journey. You choose the one that fits where you are now.
Back to HomeHow a Solenne programme works
Initial enquiry
You send a message or call. We listen to your situation and describe which programme is likely to suit you best.
Preparation note
We send a short list of documents to gather before the first session. Nothing complicated — just what you have to hand.
Sessions
We work through the programme at your pace, with printed materials provided at each stage. Questions are always welcome.
Final summary
The programme ends with a written summary of what was covered and a clear, labelled set of materials to keep.
All three programmes are purely organisational and educational. We do not hold financial services permissions and we do not make personal recommendations about pensions, investments, or any related products. For those matters, we suggest speaking with a suitably qualified professional.
Personal Folder Setup
A calm, single session designed to help you create a clearly labelled personal folder for the documents most commonly associated with retirement matters. We work through what you have, explain what each document type typically involves, and help you build a filing structure that is easy to maintain. A printed organiser is included, along with pointers to official sources for anything that might need formal follow-up.
This programme is well suited to people who feel their paperwork is scattered or unlabelled, or who simply want to start from a tidy, organised position.
- One-to-one session (typically 2–3 hours)
- Review of existing documents and labelling guidance
- Printed folder organiser with labelled sections
- Plain-language explanation of each document category
- Written session summary to keep
Programme fee
฿3,700
Plain-Language Information Series
A short series of sessions — typically three to four — explaining everyday retirement-related processes and the paperwork that accompanies them. This is an educational programme, not an advisory one. We explain how things generally work, what certain document categories mean, and what the common official bodies involved in retirement matters tend to require.
This programme is designed for people who want to understand the landscape before any decisions are required of them. Printed notes and a full glossary are provided after each session.
- 3–4 sessions spread over 2–3 weeks
- Structured topics: documents, processes, official bodies
- Printed notes provided at each session
- Full plain-language glossary included
- Questions welcomed throughout
Programme fee
฿14,500
Household Archive Programme
A complete programme helping a household build a fully labelled archive of important records, accompanied by a written summary that relatives can follow without having attended. The programme covers a wider range of document categories than the Personal Folder Setup, and includes sessions to develop a home filing layout that suits the physical space available.
The programme ends with a family briefing — a session at which a spouse, partner, or adult child can ask questions and understand how the archive is structured. Suitable for those who want their affairs clearly organised for themselves and easy for loved ones to navigate.
- 4–6 sessions (duration depends on volume of records)
- Complete labelled household archive created
- Written family summary document provided
- Home filing layout plan included
- Family briefing session at conclusion
Programme fee
฿32,700

What we hold to across all programmes
Document confidentiality
Documents you bring to a session are treated with complete discretion. We do not retain copies without your explicit agreement, and we do not share information about your holdings with anyone.
Clear written outcomes
Each session ends with a brief written summary of what was covered. You leave knowing exactly what was discussed and what, if anything, comes next.
No commercial relationships
We have no financial arrangements with banks, insurance companies, pension providers, or legal firms. We receive no referral fees and have nothing to gain from steering your choices.
Up-to-date printed materials
Our glossaries and organiser templates are reviewed regularly to reflect current terminology and documentation standards. You receive materials that are current at the time of your session.
Flexible scheduling
Sessions are scheduled at your convenience. Rescheduling is straightforward with reasonable notice, and programmes can be paused and resumed if your situation requires it.
Informational boundary observed
If a question moves into advice territory — about a specific financial decision, for example — we will say so clearly and suggest the right kind of professional to consult.
All-inclusive programme fees
Each price covers all sessions and printed materials for that programme. No supplements, no hidden additions.
